Cancellation Policy

Pricing: The pricing of services is subject to change at the discretion of the company. A travel fee of +$5/mile applies for locations outside a 20 mile radius from Shrewsbury, MA. Refunds are to be granted solely at the discretion of the trainer. If a session is cancelled by the client, it can be rescheduled with no additional fee IF the trainer is given 24+ hour's notice from the agreed upon time. Sessions canceled later than this will not be rescheduled and the session fee must be paid in full for a new session time. The company makes no guarantee of results, including but not limited to a dog becoming a service animal. No refund will be granted due to lack of results. Liability waiver and release: The Client acknowledges that dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, property damage, or injury to persons or animals. The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or harms to the Client, the Client's dog, property, or any third party arising from or related to the Services, whether due to negligence or otherwise. All veterinary/medical bills resulting from injuries to the dog or client sustained during the course of training will be solely the responsibility of the client. Vaccination The client must have their dog under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The company reserves the right to deny services due to a dog's insufficient vaccinations. Prior to training, the trainer reserves the right to ask for proof of vaccination status.
